Requirements

• Dedication to and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents and the ability to work in a team environment are keys to success

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and proper sanitation of all resident apartments and common areas of the community.
• Duties could include dusting and polishing furniture; washing and disinfecting all countertops and sink areas; mopping and disinfecting bathrooms and floors; and vacuuming all carpeted areas.
• Perform detailed cleaning of residents’ homes and prepare empty rooms for move-ins.
• Responsible for the laundering of linens, draperies, and resident personal clothing within the assigned area of service.
• Performs detailed cleaning assignments as directed.
• Delivers clean personal items to the appropriate resident.
• Other duties as assigned.
