Requirements

Ability to read, write, and speak English
Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping, laundry, or environmental services
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively
Reliable and dependable

Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting
Knowledge of infection control and safety regulations

Responsibilities

Supervise daily housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
Lead, train, and support environmental services team members
Coordinate schedules and assignments to ensure efficient coverage
Inspect resident rooms, common areas, and laundry services for quality and compliance
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards
Address team member performance, coaching, and development needs
Collaborate with leadership to support overall community operations
Promote a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
