About The Position
EAMC MISSION At East Alabama Medical Center, our mission is high quality, compassionate health care, and that statement guides everything we do. We set high standards for customer service, quality, and keeping costs under control. POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for daily operations of their assigned shift, and the future strategic planning of department goals. Continues to monitor performance of staff levels during shift, and to ensure a safe, and sanitary environment for all EAMC patients, visitors, and staff. Projects good customer service by emphasizing EAMC core values in all daily interactions with both external, and internal customers.
Requirements
- High School or equivalent
- 2 years of supervisory experience, with a preference in a Housekeeping/Environmental Services setting
Nice To Haves
- Some college/graduate desired
