POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for daily operations of their assigned shift, and the future strategic planning of department goals. Continues to monitor performance of staff levels during shift, and to ensure a safe, and sanitary environment for all EAMC patients, visitors, and staff. Projects good customer service by emphasizing EAMC core values in all daily interactions with both external, and internal customers.
