Trinity Springs , a Cassia community, is hiring an Environmental Services Worker to join our team in Oxford, FL . At Trinity Springs, you'll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day for residents and families alike. In this role, you will perform housekeeping duties such as helping clean residents' rooms and open apartments and common areas such as the reception area, community living rooms and bathrooms. You will also perform maintenance duties such as flipping empty apartments, cleaning carpets, and helping maintenance with small jobs. Our ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational skills and takes pride in their work. Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position Shifts Available: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wage Range: $14.50 - 17 depending on experience Location: 12120 Co Road 103, Oxford, Florida 34484

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Must have valid Florida driver’s license.
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be polite and cordial to all staff, residents and, their guests.
  • Must be able to use time wisely.
  • Prioritization and time management skills is a must have.
  • Must be honest, loyal and trustworthy.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
  • Prior experience in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC and/or floor care preferred.
  • Able to make repairs inside and outside of building, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, replace light bulbs, filters, etc.
  • Able to use basic maintenance tools such as hammer, pliers, screwdriver, drill, etc.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms.
  • Perform routine maintenance repairs and projects as needed.
  • Follow scheduled Cleaning and Maintenance program.
  • Respond to clean up and maintenance requests by residents and staff in common areas as needed.
  • Follow-through on projects with little supervision.
  • Perform manual tasks and carry out all given job related instructions.
  • Keep detailed reports of ongoing and completed projects.
  • Clean and sanitize public restrooms, day rooms and dining rooms, which may include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, washing and trash removal.
  • Clean and sanitize guest apartments.
  • Perform lawn care and landscaping duties.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
