Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in one of the agricultural, biological, engineering, environmental or natural resource sciences or a closely related curriculum from an appropriately accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • This position conducts initial application reviews, including completeness reviews for online/portal and hand delivered Erosion and Sedimentation Control applications through both the standard and express programs.
  • It may request additional information, if necessary for the completeness review and request payment once a complete application is received.
  • It will prepare supporting documentation to aid inspections and/or technical reviews and provides additional support to improve program efficiencies under any submittal option.
  • Routine communication with developers, consultants, landowners, contractors and the public about these results, application submittal requirements, and the requirements of the permit conditions are expected.
  • This position will assist uploading Discharge Monitoring Results to Laserfiche for Industrial Stormwater Permits.
