This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in one of the agricultural, biological, engineering, environmental or natural resource sciences or a closely related curriculum from an appropriately accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
- This position conducts initial application reviews, including completeness reviews for online/portal and hand delivered Erosion and Sedimentation Control applications through both the standard and express programs.
- It may request additional information, if necessary for the completeness review and request payment once a complete application is received.
- It will prepare supporting documentation to aid inspections and/or technical reviews and provides additional support to improve program efficiencies under any submittal option.
- Routine communication with developers, consultants, landowners, contractors and the public about these results, application submittal requirements, and the requirements of the permit conditions are expected.
- This position will assist uploading Discharge Monitoring Results to Laserfiche for Industrial Stormwater Permits.
