Requirements
- The individual must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Requires clear, concise verbal communication using two-way radios.
Responsibilities
- Clean restrooms including urinals, toilets, mirrors, sinks, floors, walls & ceilings. Restock restrooms supplies toilet paper, paper towels. Remove trash and install new trash bag.
- Clean tenant office spaces, vacuuming, high and low dusting, restrooms including urinals, toilets, mirrors, sinks, floors, walls & ceilings. Restock restrooms supplies toilet paper, paper towels. Remove trash and install new trash bag and floor care.
- Maintain a clean environment in the food court to include wiping tables, rearranging tables, mopping up spills and trash.
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, or equipment for events in the atrium or customers we are contracted to perform services for.
- Vacuum, dust, remove trash in common areas
- Providing a clean environment for our tenants and customers throughout our buildings
