Position Summary The Analyst/Report Writer at LRx is responsible for developing high-quality reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics that support operational decisions, financial performance tracking, and strategic planning across the specialty-pharmacy platform. This role transforms complex datasets into accurate, accessible, and actionable information for stakeholders across the organization, including operations, finance, clinical, and business development teams. Operating within a fast-paced and rapidly scaling environment, the Analyst/Report Writer must balance strong technical skills with clear communication and disciplined execution. This role is critical in maintaining reporting accuracy, streamlining data workflows, and supporting technology-enabled solutions that advance LRx’s mission to improve patient access and specialty-pharmacy efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Management, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • EPIC experience required.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and dashboard/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to interpret and translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Strong documentation, quality-assurance, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or pharmacy analytics experience preferred.
  • Experience with Python for data manipulation or workflow automation, and familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Exposure to data governance or reporting automation technologies.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree or years of experience may be considered, provided the candidate can demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting Build and maintain operational, financial, and performance dashboards using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports that support operational decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Validate report logic, conduct variance analysis, and identify performance trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with internal teams to understand reporting needs and develop aligned data outputs.
  • Support initiatives such as new program launches, reporting automation, and technology integration.
  • Coordinate with engineers and architects to ensure backend data structures support reporting requirements.
  • Data Management & Governance Maintain reporting documentation, business definitions, and data standards.
  • Ensure data accuracy through systematic validation and quality control.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and increase efficiency.
  • Insights & Recommendations Translate complex analytical findings into clear summaries for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations that support workflow optimization and business growth.
