Responsibilities: As a Systems Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading teams that work on complex systems engineering solutions for customers. Your day-to-day activities will include designing and developing engineering systems associated with physical products, overseeing feature plan implementation, and conducting design failure mode effect analysis. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams. Advanced proficiency in Epic EHR is required. Master proficiency in Epic Systems is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Epic Health Information Management (HIM) and expert proficiency in Epic Clinical Ambulatory are suggested. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to enhance system integration and functionality. Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies in systems engineering. Mentor team members to develop their skills and enhance overall team performance. Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. Required to work in PST.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience
  • Epic Healthy Planet Certification Required
  • Experience with SmartTools SmartTexts, SmartPhrases, SmartLists, Order sets, Preference lists, Security classes, Reporting Workbench basics required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Required to work in PST

Nice To Haves

  • Master proficiency in Epic Systems is recommended.
  • Advanced proficiency in Epic Health Information Management (HIM) and expert proficiency in Epic Clinical Ambulatory are suggested.
