About The Position

Communicate necessary information to others as appropriate. Reliable and punctual attendance is essential; expected to be at job as scheduled each scheduled day. Coordinate and train new staff in hospital and clinic registration departments on EPIC Supporting end users with at‐the‐elbow support for troubleshooting after initial training Administering refresher, optimization, and skills‐enhancement training Developing and maintaining curriculum and training materials, including lesson plans, manuals, and tip sheets Supporting the installation of new Epic applications, building records in customer systems, and helping healthcare organizations optimize their training programs. Provide ongoing support and system maintenance, and ensure the system is providing the desired level of patient care. Collaborating on application changes and new features to develop training strategies. Periodic rounding to check in with clinic and department managers and appropriate staff to help fill any workflow and knowledge gaps. Fill in for registration staff if necessary Assist other Certified Trainers in the organizational prep for classes Wage starts at $25.00 and goes up with experience

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years related experience in the Healthcare Setting Required
  • Drug Screen
  • Physical Assessment
  • Tuberculosis screen
  • Background check (Criminal, Civil, Educational, Previous Employment, etc.)
  • Driver Record screen (positions requiring on-the-job driving)
