About The Position

A major healthcare organization is seeking an Epic Research Analyst with strong Epic Beacon and Research experience. This role will focus heavily on treatment plan build and support within a clinical research and oncology environment. The hiring manager is looking for someone who can start ASAP and operate independently in a fast‑paced setting

Requirements

• Epic Beacon & Research Certification (required)
• 4+ years of hands‑on Epic Research Analyst experience
• Strong experience with Beacon build, including treatment plans
• Experience supporting clinical workflows

Nice To Haves

• Clinical experience (highly preferred)
• Oncology or research‑focused Epic environments
• Experience collaborating with clinical stakeholders and operational teams
• Prior contract‑to‑hire or health system implementation experience

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Epic Beacon treatment plans and Research workflows
• Partner with clinical and research teams to support oncology and research initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex build and workflow issues
• Support ongoing optimization and system enhancements as needed
