About The Position

This role supports patient access workflows across small hospitals and ambulatory sites. The analyst/builder ensures that scheduling, registration, referrals, and patient movement processes are optimized within Epic. This role is ideal for someone with strong ADT/Cadence experience who can also help strengthen referral build.

Requirements

Epic ADT and Cadence experience required; referrals build experience preferred.
Strong understanding of patient access workflows and their downstream impact on billing.
Ability to build or troubleshoot templates, rules, department changes, coverage requirements, and provider builds.
Epic certification in Cadence/ADT/Prelude preferred.
Must be certified within Epic Cadence/Prelude and ADT
Candidates must have prior experience within Epic implementation
Must be able to come onsite for a hybrid work schedule

Responsibilities

Support operational teams across scheduling (Cadence), registration (Prelude), and patient movement (ADT).
Own operational requests when changes are needed (department updates, new providers, templates, referral routing, coverage requirements, rules).
Coordinate build with the Epic team when specialized configuration is needed and communicate updates to operational owners.
Improve referral build processes—routing, authorization requirements, scheduling rules (experience with referral build is a bonus but not required).
Troubleshoot RTE, registration issues, scheduling errors, and coverage alerts.
Assist with testing, upgrades, department go‑lives, and new clinic launches.
