About The Position

The Epic Prelude, Cadence, and Health Information Management (HIM) Application
Manager provides day-to-day management for Quest patient access and health
information management applications, ensuring these systems fully support the
company’s clinical, operational, and financial goals. Reporting to the VP of
Epic Technology Systems, this manager will be the direct interface between
business needs and technical delivery. The core focus will be on maximizing team
performance, ensuring the quality and integrity of all system build and testing,
and delivering an optimized, high-quality experience for every patient,
provider, and partner. This Application Manager drives continuous improvement in
quality, compliance, and efficiency across the patient journey, collaborating
with enterprise IT, patient access, and revenue-cycle leadership to deliver a
seamless experience.
