About The Position

This position, with minimal supervision, uses defined methodologies in a team environment to perform system life cycle tasks for Epic Willow Ambulatory, Epic Willow Inventory, and Willow Specialty Pharmacy, and Genomics. These tasks include planning, system analysis, design, application building, integration, testing, maintenance, support and the completion of assigned project work. May lead projects or initiatives. This analyst will help to support Froedtert’s Retail and Clinical pharmacy teams and other duties as assigned. Froedtert Health is an academic hospital system, and this position will be precepting pharmacy learners (students and residents) May lead small projects or initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience with the implementation and/or support of Epic module(s) is required.
  • Moderate knowledge of one module within the EHR is required.
  • Basic knowledge of the integrated EHR is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.
  • Epic Proficiency, Accreditation or Certification is required.
  • Able to successfully perform assignments/projects/tasks without assistance.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and improve.
  • Highly motivated and ability to operate under limited supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal.
  • Basic technical acumen; pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug literature review, therapeutic and aseptic technique.

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of 3 years of hospital practice experience is preferred.
  • 1 year or more experience with the EHR is preferred.
  • Highly prefer Willow Ambulatory, Epic Willow Inventory, and Willow Specialty Pharmacy, Genomics
