Mustang Cat is hiring an Equipment Control Clerk to assist with loading and unloading heavy construction equipment and moving equipment and attachments on site. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized equipment yard to ensure new, used, and customer-owned machines can be located quickly and efficiently. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with material handling and load movement
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Willingness to work outdoors in non-climate-controlled environments and all weather conditions
Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment
Strong customer service skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Safely load and unload heavy construction equipment and attachments
Move equipment and attachments throughout the yard as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient equipment yard
Ensure new, used, and customer-owned machines are properly staged and easy to locate
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Support customer and internal team needs in a fast-paced environment
Represent Mustang Cat in a professional manner on-site
