Requirements

• Proven experience operating skid steers, loaders and forklifts.
• 2 years of skid steer operation
• Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive in work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time during the shift
• Previous experience in operating heavy machinery (skid steers and forklifts).

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer and forklifts to move materials and perform tasks within the yard.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and tires throughout the yard.
• Perform routine maintenance and checks on equipment to ensure safe and effective operation.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) and machinery safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Monitor/Work on the TDF line
