About The Position

Venture Solutions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for an Equipment Operator to join the team at our Grove City, OH facility.

Requirements

• Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• High degree of mechanical aptitude
• Good reading ability
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operate machinery and handle print materials
• Frequently required to move throughout the facility
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or carry 25+ pounds

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal output
• Prepare inks for proper color and consistency
• Check paper for correct type, size, color, and quantity
• Check plates for correct format
• Visually inspect forms throughout the run to ensure quality
• Coordinate with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
• Maintain knowledge of and comply with safety requirements related to the job and equipment
