About The Position

The Equipment Solutions Manager will effectively lead and manage the Equipment Solutions Department in a manner that promotes Customer Satisfaction, Market Dominance and Profitability.

Requirements

  • Three to five years prior experience on construction, ag and engine repairs/maintenance.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn to effectively use company software – with training.
  • Experience with profit and loss responsibility and management.
  • Previous management of people – with a proven track record of positive employee relations and staff development.
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop effective “value added” processes for service, sales and parts which will advance equipment management.
  • Ensure that Equipment Management processes are effectively communicated throughout the organization.
  • Direct the development of the necessary service infrastructure to support Equipment Management Solutions.
  • Manage the day to day transactions, staffing and tooling to promote maximum asset utilization.
  • Develop and manage workforce to ensure quality work progression, invoicing and employee growth and satisfaction.
  • Communicate and follow up with customers to identify their needs and lead the development of value added solutions to support those needs.
  • Integrate Equipment Management Solutions into the marketing of all new, used and rental machines. new, used and rental.
  • Direct the implementation of a Condition Monitoring program designed to analyze customer and Foley Equipment repair history in order to determine current costs and estimated future repairs based on historical data.
  • Monitor financial viability of each contract and make adjustments as able/needed for profitability and customer fairness.
  • Assist PSSRs and MSRs develop customer centric solutions and market equipment management capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with all 3rd party vendors.
  • Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
