About The Position

Kalman & Company is seeking to hire three (3) Equipment Specialists to support a Government client onsite in Albany, GA. This position is contingent upon a contract award in Spring 2026. The Equipment Specialist duties include, but are not limited to: Access and query all applicable cataloguing and provisioning databases Conduct supply chain analyses to support program office procurement decisions. Develop and maintain PPL, BOM, and associated data to support field level maintenance. Review and provide analysis of Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability metrics. Review and provide input to Marine Corps Technical Publications. Respond to and research Fleet Trouble calls on both the East and West coasts, including requests for support from Fleet Marine Force (FMF), the DLA, and Marine Corps Logistics Command (LOGCOM). Conduct document and data management; prepare informational briefings; and perform PDREP action point responsibilities to review, research, and recommend solutions to the Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs).

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree with 3 years experience.
  • 6 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's.
  • A Master's may be considered in lieu of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project)
  • Experience using TDM Catalyst for provisioning and Tech Manual efforts.
  • Working knowledge of military technical manual change process
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government CAC
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently as well as part of an Integrated Product Team.
  • Ability to multitask and produce quality products.
  • Working knowledge of Marine Corps provisioning systems

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to conduct PQDRs
  • Experience with DLA-3339s
  • Ability to conduct analyses of technical data packages
