About The Position

ECM Analyst Originator DB’s Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Group structures, markets and executes bespoke equity transactions for corporations and financial institutions (including private equity firms). The team operates on the private side, working alongside client coverage teams in Investment Banking, and product teams such as Strategic Equity, Debt Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance. Example products / transactions executed by ECM include Initial Public Offerings, Follow-on offerings, Block Sales, At-the-market programs and private placements. The salary range for this position in New York City is $110,000 to $125,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
