About The Position
Needham & Company, LLC, a full-service investment bank, has an opening in its New York office for a Research Associate covering Biotechnology. The responsibilities include assisting the Senior Analyst in sector coverage, source and build relationships with industry contacts, preparation of industry and company reports, financial modeling and analysis, and maintaining contact with management teams of companies under coverage.
Requirements
- advanced science or medical degree (M.D., Ph.D., PharmD., or equivalent)
- 2-5 years industry, clinical, and/or consulting experience
- Strong analytical skills, high attention-to-detail, outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- basic understanding of financial modeling
