Overview To understand the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as it pertains to relevant supply chain and operations personnel. To understand the day-to-day data needs of these personnel. To utilize D365’s custom forms and reports to create unique dashboards for each user. To incorporate the use of PowerBI to further enhance data visualization and decision making. Responsibilities Review available D365 material to understand what/how custom dashboards are built SharePoint videos, Lessons learned from Europe, Implementation team collaboration ‘Interview’ relevant personnel and determine the needs/demands of each user To understand the unique needs of each user or department with individual or group interviews Review large sets of data and provide insightful analysis Primarily through ERP & Excel Build standardized dashboards and reports that are tailored to specific positions or departments Determine the default set of reports and views necessary to allow anyone to comprehend the data Each dashboard should have the ability to visualize data to streamline decision making PowerBI, D365 resources, etc. Train and support end users on dashboard functionality Provide analytical support for ongoing and emerging projects Qualifications Currently enrolled in an undergraduate school in Supply Chain Management or a related field Strong academic standing Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Excel, Word, & PowerPoint Understanding of ERP/MRP systems Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively Currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field at a four-year accredited college or university. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, stand and walk. The employee will frequently be required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
