About The Position

The ERP Developer is responsible for the support, configuration, development, programming, and optimization of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, related applications, and associated interfaces/integrations. In addition to ERP-related work, this role serves as a project manager for a variety of technology and process improvement initiatives across different departments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. This position works closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure applications meet organizational needs, integrate effectively with other systems, and support efficient business processes. The specialist provides technical and functional expertise in system enhancements, troubleshooting, reporting, and training, while also developing new capabilities and driving project planning, coordination, and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in administering, configuring, or supporting business application systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar), with a focus on data analysis, system configuration, and/or troubleshooting preferred.
• Ability to gather business requirements, define system needs, and assist in developing solutions through configuration or programming preferred.
• Basic understanding of system integrations, APIs, and third-party application support preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences preferred.
• Experience working on cross-functional projects, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and managing competing priorities preferred.
• Experience with Workday (HCM, Finance, Extend, PRISM, and integration tools) preferred.
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.) is a plus.
