Leverage your expertise in project management, leadership, and team building to confidently lead implementation teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Mitigate risks and estimate project budgets accurately, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction. Work with vendors to help successfully implement solutions. Contribute to establishing operational standards, refining methodologies, and developing tools to enhance internal processes. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, large account management, or business application training/implementation
- General knowledge of manufacturing, operations, and supply chain processes
- Experience in customer support, services sales, estimating, or mentoring
- Strong knowledge of Infor's enterprise applications
- Experience managing full lifecycle ERP implementations
- Experience with Syteline or CloudSuite Industrial required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, large account management, or business application training/implementation
- General knowledge of manufacturing, operations, and supply chain processes
- Experience in customer support, services sales, estimating, or mentoring
- Strong knowledge of Infor's enterprise applications desired
