About The Position

The ERP Systems Analyst III is responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance related to the analysis, design, modification, testing, and deployment of our ERP system including Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Expense Management, Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Procurement. You will report to the System Support Manager. Tasks: 1. You will use understanding of business operations, business processes, application technologies, important data, and important operational reporting across Finance and Procurement to serve as subject matter expert for select modules of our ERP system. 2. Partner with important business and IT leaders to understand long-term goals. 3. Create system documentation to support general system maintenance and small system enhancements and large-scale project deployments. 4. You will collaborate with 3rd party vendor and partners to drive system enhancements. Escalate issues early to partners and ERP system administration leadership. Provide regular updates to department leadership and users through presentations, status reports and meetings minutes. 5. Prepare test plans, build test scripts, and document results to vet new functionality, ensure remediation of identified defects, and identify issues caused by quarterly update/weekly patches. 6. Track service ticket systems both internal and with Oracle for issue resolution and customer requests. Solve production issues reported by users and conduct problem management including root cause analysis of configuration and process problems and participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) calls and Post-Mortem Reviews. 7. You will oversee the review, validation, and testing of quarterly updates and emergency patches in the ERP system. Assess impact of update/patch on training, interfaces, processes, reports and communicate with end-users. 8. Develop implementation, data conversion, and system upgrade plans. Recommend best practices regarding data security and data integrity. 9. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent combination of education, work experience, and certifications or 4 years related experience.
  • 6+ years' hands-on technical or functional experience with ERP systems.
  • Build relationships and network with individuals at all levels.
  • Manage team goals and needs.
