About The Position

Key Responsibilities ERP & Oracle Fusion Leadership Lead implementation and enhancements of Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.). Manage ERP system configurations, integrations, upgrades, and performance. Oversee relationship with Oracle and external vendors for troubleshooting and enhancements. Ensure systems align with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements. IT & Business Partnership Partner with Finance leadership to assess needs and translate them into technology solutions. Identify and drive process improvements, automation, and standardization. Maintain documentation for system processes, integrations, and configurations. Project & Change Management Lead major ERP initiatives including rollouts, upgrades, and transformation projects. Manage timelines, budgets, resource planning, and stakeholder communication. Oversee change management, training, and support for end users. People Leadership Manage and develop a team of ERP analysts and developers. Set performance goals, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture. Prioritize workload and manage resource allocation across projects. Qualifications Technical Requirements Deep experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules. Strong understanding of ERP architecture, integrations (e.g., payroll, procurement), and reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher. Experience with cloud ERP environments and SaaS operating models. Exposure to Oracle Fusion EPM is a plus. Professional Experience 8+ years in ERP/IT Finance roles, including 3+ years focused on Oracle Fusion. 3+ years of experience managing or leading technical teams. Demonstrated success in large-scale ERP implementations or finance transformation projects. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Oracle Cloud Financials certifications are a plus. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus. Requirements

  • Deep experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
