WHAT YOU GET TO DO? Manage and maintain a portfolio of real estate transactions in accordance with company guidelines, state regulatory requirements, and underwriter standards Prepare, secure, and deliver all necessary settlement documents and closing statements to buyers, sellers, brokers, agents, and lenders Review title commitments, lender instructions, and purchase agreements to ensure clear understanding of duties and facilitate closing Confirm all title and escrow conditions are satisfied and monitor compliance with purchase contract terms and conditions Coordinate with industry contacts including realtors, loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, and sellers to facilitate transactions Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and accounts Disburse escrow funds accurately and complete administrative reporting tasks Work with management to implement strategies that prevent title and escrow claims Coordinate the issuance of title policies with the title examiner

Requirements

  • An Escrow license in the state of Arizona
  • A customer service call escalation experience in the Real Estate Title industry
  • Experience with call center operations developing resolution strategies and implementing action plans to resolve title issues
  • Excellent conflict management skills including the ability to identify problems, research and analyze issues from different perspectives and to diffuse conflict and customer distress

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of real estate transactions in accordance with company guidelines, state regulatory requirements, and underwriter standards
  • Prepare, secure, and deliver all necessary settlement documents and closing statements to buyers, sellers, brokers, agents, and lenders
  • Review title commitments, lender instructions, and purchase agreements to ensure clear understanding of duties and facilitate closing
  • Confirm all title and escrow conditions are satisfied and monitor compliance with purchase contract terms and conditions
  • Coordinate with industry contacts including realtors, loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, and sellers to facilitate transactions
  • Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and accounts
  • Disburse escrow funds accurately and complete administrative reporting tasks
  • Work with management to implement strategies that prevent title and escrow claims
  • Coordinate the issuance of title policies with the title examiner
