Requirements
- 1ā2 years of experience in escrow or real estate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software
- Valid Notary Commission and driverās license
Responsibilities
- Manage residential, commercial, and national transactions
- Prepare and present closing documents
- Coordinate closings, recordings, and disbursements
- Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction
- Ensure compliance with contracts and regulations
- Perform notary duties and represent the company professionally
