Responsibilities

  • Support the growth and profitability of ESIS by strategically managing client retention based on revenue and unit metrics.
  • Promote client expansion by educating clients about ESIS products and services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and issues. Leverage strategic relationships to resolve challenges effectively.
  • Analyze client data and trends to provide consultative guidance and drive optimal, client-specific performance.
  • Demonstrate proactive and strategic planning in managing client relationships.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of data within the CRM system.
  • Oversee the execution of the contracting process.
  • Manage the renewal process to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Contribute to the new sales process by participating in presentations and marketing of ESIS products and services.
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external business partners, including clients, brokers, carriers, underwriting, and field support operations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of ESIS products and services.
