About The Position

We are looking for a media-loving, tech-savvy intern with strong communication skills, a love of project management and a deep passion for our organization to join the Creative Strategy and Integration team supporting ESPN’s Creative Studio. The program dates are June 1st through August 7, 2026 . As an intern with the Creative Strategy team, you will work with producers and workflow specialists to create sustainable systems for documentation, tracking and creative asset storage. If selected for this role, the intern will report to a Senior Producer of Digital Content and Strategy, and will support the team by: Creating new and innovative ways to track project assets Updating and organization of digital assets related to ESPN and ESPN+ programming and key art, metadata management Working with producers on project documentation and database maintenance, Building front-facing documentation around internal brands Logging and archiving projects and associated data for future use across ESPN and Disney network Project management across multiple disciplines of linear and digital media

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience through prior internships or academic projects in film, television, or digital media production
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Advanced computer and software proficiency, with a strong track record of quickly learning and adopting new tools and workflows
  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
  • Fully available from Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management tools (ex. Asana, Trello, Monday, Smartsheet)
  • Previous experience with process documentation
  • Experience in digital asset management and organization
  • Junior or Senior year preferred
  • Major or previous coursework in Media, Communications, Business or related major preferred
