Requirements
- Experienced Estate Administration Paralegal
- At least two years of probate experience working with North Carolina estates
Responsibilities
- Guiding clients through probate and trust administration processes with professionalism and empathy
- Managing and reviewing estate files to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Preparing and filing probate and trust documents with the appropriate courts
- Monitoring deadlines, task lists, and calendars to keep matters on track
- Communicating regularly with clients, beneficiaries, executors, trustees, and other stakeholders
- Assisting with trust administration and ensuring assets are distributed in accordance with trust terms
- Collaborating with attorneys and team members to improve workflow and enhance client service
