You'll work full-time at Paul Mitchell The School Memphis, with flexible schedule options: Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 3 PM Tuesday-Saturday: 9 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 3 PM Each day, you'll inspire future cosmetology professionals by teaching the Paul Mitchell foundations of esthetics, from clinical services to machine-based techniques. As an Esthetician Instructor, you'll create a supportive environment, connecting with students to help them excel. Between lessons, you'll assist in clinical services and ensure students are mastering hands-on techniques while embracing our culture of excellence. Your passion for education and customer service will shine as you collaborate with the team to deliver engaging, top-notch instruction.
Requirements
- Active Tennessee Esthetician Instructor License
- Clinical experience with facials, esthetic equipment, and machine-based techniques
- A team-oriented mindset with classroom management and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy and ready to adapt to modern teaching tools
- Passion for education and commitment to supporting our culture
