This opportunity will be starting Summer 2026 , working with our Estimating team. The Estimating Coordinator Intern will gain hands-on learning opportunities that support their professional growth. Put your education into action by assisting our Estimating team on active real-world projects! Success in the position can be achieved through the following duties & responsibilities: Data entry and filing of project information Inputting project details into Sales Force Reviewing bid invitations and details Facilitating communication with clients and internally Market research Participating in internal and external meetings Support and possibly attend industry information events
Requirements
- Currently pursuing higher education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with other members of the Estimating department
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within team environments.
- Comfortable working in a desk-based role with no fieldwork requirements.
- Strong focus and attention to detail when completing tasks.
- Ability to remain flexible and multitask.
- Demonstrated strong time management skills
- Must wear proper PPE while on jobsites.
- Must comply with all safety standards and procedures.
- Sit, stand, and walk during the duration of the workday.
- Will lift, carry, push, pull, kneel, crouch, and reach.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
