About The Position

Who we are looking for The candidate will have intermediate understanding of the ETF Product allowing them to engage with internal and external stakeholders in support of our ETF offering. The candidate will contribute to the direction of our servicing model and must have excellent understanding of process and controls with the ability to document and present this information clearly and concisely. Advanced project management and business analysis skills are required as the candidate will contribute to the ETF Global Platform and Total ETF technical roadmap by creating/contributing/reviewing business requirements for enhancements to ETFGP, Fund Connect, and any other ETF related integrations. Finally, the candidate must be able to clearly, confidently, and concisely communicate with internal and external partners consistently demonstrating their ETF skill set and driving confidence in our abilities. What you will be responsible for This role will partner closely with Client Service, various teams within Global Delivery and large Broker/Dealers to facilitate proper settlement of ETF in-kind transactions globally. The day-to-day responsibilities for this role will include but not limited to the oversight of ETF order placement, order settlement, collateral management, P&L actual cost calculation, responding to high volume broker requests and/or questions, actively resolving failed trades across 55 NA ETF clients, and growing. Day to day environment is deadline driven, fast paced with a strong emphasis on risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Displays a positive, can do attitude with the ability to multitask
• Strong background in custody across domestic and international equity, fixed income products.
• Comfortable speaking with internal and external clients, running calls
• Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple tasks in a very fast- paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to identify areas of risk and work successfully to eliminate these areas with implementation of proper processes and controls, fully documented
• Proactive mindset, looking for ways to improve current operations/processes without being asked/directed
• Ability to execute a plan with follow through
• Familiarity or experience in BUAT Testing

Nice To Haves

• Experience and understanding of Exchange Traded Funds from a custody and Transfer Agency perspective a plus.
• Knowledge of ETF order settlement for CNS and non-CNS funds a plus
