Do you have an eye for detail and the stamina to keep a facility looking its absolute best? We are looking for a dedicated Janitorial Floor Technician to join our team in Lexington, SC. This is a role for someone who understands that the quality of the floor defines the quality of the building but can also get down and dirty with every aspect of custodial maintenance. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and experienced, we want to talk to you. The Essentials Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (20 hours/week) Location: Lexington, SC Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience preferred. Your Impactful Role As our Floor Tech, you are the specialist on-site. Your primary focus will be the restoration and maintenance of all floor surfaces, ensuring a safe and pristine environment. Your duties include: Expert Floor Care: Professional stripping, waxing, and high-speed buffing/burnishing. Equipment Mastery: Operating and maintaining various types of floor care machinery (auto-scrubbers, side-by-sides, etc.). Team Support: Assisting with general cleaning duties as assigned by your supervisor to ensure the entire facility meets our gold standard. Physical Performance: You must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift. All staff must present a clean, organized, and approachable appearance at all times: Uniform: Company-provided shirts must be clean, wrinkle-free, and tucked in. Footwear: Slip-resistant, closed-toe work shoes are required for safety and professional uniformity. Grooming: Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance. Conduct: As you will be on-site at a school, a professional demeanor and "safety-first" mindset are non-negotiable. Requirements
