Current Shifts Available: Events Shift availability may vary depending on business demands Event Bartender As an Event Bartender for Traditions Hospitality Group in our high-volume establishment, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service during events and gatherings. Your bartending skills, professionalism, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our events and the satisfaction of our guests.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must maintain a presentable appearance with clean uniforms and be able to wear a costume uniform.
- Superior attendance and punctuality.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, engaging with them to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, utensils, and equipment.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established cash handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed during events.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with event staff and management to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
