Position Overview The Catering Event Chef (KM) is responsible for overseeing all Back of House (BOH) culinary operations during catered events. This includes managing a team of Line Cooks, coordinating menu execution according to design specifications, ensuring quality and timing, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation. The Event Chef works closely with the Event Manager to align service flow with the front-of-house team and client vision.
