About The Position

We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and highly organized Event Coordinator to help bring the Harley-Davidson lifestyle to life at our dealership. This role is at the heart of our dealership culture, planning engaging events, strengthening our connection to the local riding community, and supporting light marketing efforts that keep our brand bold, relevant, and visible. If you love motorcycles, enjoy bringing people together, and have a creative eye for design and social content, this role puts you right in the middle of the action.

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating events, promotions, or community engagement (dealership, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Strong creative skills with Photoshop and graphic design tools.
  • Comfort creating and managing social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Passion for motorcycles, events, and brand storytelling is a huge plus.
  • Formal marketing experience is helpful, but we’re ultimately looking for the right personality, creativity, and energy to represent our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute fun, engaging dealership events that bring riders and the local motorcycling community together.
  • Work closely with the local H.O.G.® (Harley Owners Group) chapter to support national, regional, and local events.
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership and department managers to align events with business goals and seasonal initiatives.
  • Assist with event logistics including schedules, setup, signage, promotions, and post-event follow-up.
  • Design and maintain in-store signage for events, promotions, and dealership initiatives.
  • Support departments with creative signage needs; Photoshop and graphic design experience is required.
  • Ensure all signage reflects Harley-Davidson brand standards and dealership tone.
  • Create and post daily social media content across all dealership social channels, highlighting events, staff, inventory, and customer experiences.
  • Capture photos and short videos during events and day-to-day dealership activity.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure messaging stays consistent, authentic, and on-brand.
  • Help build and maintain the dealership customer database by capturing new customer and event attendee information.
  • Assist the E-Business Coordinator with digital initiatives tied to events and promotions.
  • Keep the dealership website current, including staff photos and an up-to-date events calendar.
