About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning and executing a wide variety of events, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to completion. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to event logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, from initial consultation to on-site execution
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all requirements are met
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and event schedules
  • Oversee setup, breakdown, and overall event logistics
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate venue selection
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards
  • Monitor event performance and gather client feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
