About The Position

Brooklyn Grange operates rooftop farms, event venues, and green roof installations across New York City. Our Programming & Events team produces private events and public programming ranging from weddings and corporate gatherings to workshops, dinners, and community events.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Event Crew support the execution of programming and events by handling the physical and logistical components of event production. This role ensures that venues are properly prepared, maintained, and restored for each event.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down events according to event plans
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Assist with vendor and rental load-in and load-out
• Maintain cleanliness and facilities throughout events
• Operate elevators and support logistical flow
• Represent Brooklyn Grange to guests in a welcoming and professional manner
• Support Event Captains and EOS with additional onsite tasks as needed
