Trainual is hiring an Event & Field Marketing Manager to help scale our growing event portfolio — from the planning stages all the way through onsite execution and pipeline generation. This is a high-ownership role for someone who genuinely thrives in live environments, loves starting conversations with strangers, and knows how to turn a booth moment into a booked meeting. Once you're ramped, you'll own regional events end-to-end — the planning, the logistics, the onsite execution, and the follow-through. You're the one person on the ground making it all work, and you wouldn't have it any other way. SO... WHO ARE YOU? You're an operator who loves the energy of live events. You can qualify a lead in a five-minute conversation and know exactly what to do next. You give a sharp product overview without a script and without breaking a sweat. You close for meetings the way good salespeople close for signatures — with confidence and a clear next step. You're as good at the follow-through as you are at the setup. You capture clean data, hand off to Sales without friction, and care about what happens after the event ends. You bring insights back to the team and use them to make the next event better. You're building a playbook, not just checking boxes. You're personally accountable to lead-to-demo conversion and event-sourced pipeline ROI — and you treat those numbers like your own.
