Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily execution and growth of marketing campaigns
• Support customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage client relationships
• Drive sales through retail promotions and in-store marketing campaigns
• Build brand awareness through local events and experiential marketing
• Collaborate with Brand Ambassador teams to strategize and execute campaigns
• Communicate directly with customers to promote services and products
• Conduct lead generation and help develop a strong client base
• Evaluate customer needs and determine eligibility for in-store services (training provided)
• Support senior marketing staff on client projects and campaign initiatives
• Develop leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
