About The Position

Hobbs Home Improvements is looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to represent our company at local events, festivals, and home shows. As an Event Marketing Representative, you will work at our promotional booth engaging with homeowners, explaining our services, and scheduling free in-home estimates for potential remodeling projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people, working in a fun event environment, and earning additional income through commission for appointments scheduled. At the event booth, you will be introducing homeowners to Hobbs Home Improvements and helping them schedule a free in-home estimate for potential remodeling projects. Our services include: Bathroom Remodeling Kitchen Remodeling Window Replacement Entry & Patio Door Installation

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing personality
Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
Strong communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Able to work weekends and event hours
Must be comfortable working in an outdoor or event environment

Nice To Haves

Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Represent Hobbs Home Improvements at marketing booths during local events, festivals, and home shows
Engage with event attendees and introduce them to our remodeling services
Explain our current promotions and remodeling options including bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and doors
Qualify homeowners by confirming they own the home and may be interested in a remodeling project
Schedule free in-home consultation appointments for our project consultants
Collect and record customer information accurately
Maintain a friendly, professional, and energetic presence at the booth
Help keep booth materials organized and presentable
