The Event Marketing Specialist II is responsible for the overall coordination of various corporate, customer, and employee events as assigned by the Senior Manager, Event Marketing and/or Manager, Event Marketing. This role involves planning, executing, and evaluating marketing events, which may include multi-day conferences, air shows, galas, major sporting/hospitality events, multi-day employee offsite meetings, road shows, internal meetings, luncheons, and employee/family events. The specialist will negotiate and manage venue contracts, monitor costs to assure budgets are maintained, and provide feedback on event success and customer satisfaction levels upon completion of an event.
