The Summer Temp position assists the University Events Office with both LU internal events and external events, as well as Summer Camp programs. This could include working on-site at these events, providing event support to event coordinators, supporting University service personnel with events, as well as helping with organizing & planning for these events. The Summer Temp position also assists with organizing camp cards, emailing resource teams updates for camps, dining hall monitoring, checking facilities, and assisting camp directors & campers with common camp issues. As well as being in the field at events, office work is required and may include making phone calls, sending emails, scheduling events in 25Live, and other office related tasks. The position will require some lifting and moving small materials as well.
