The security officer will interact with the public with the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. The appearance standards and verbal skills are vital in creating confidence when interacting with the public. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Protect proactively the client's employees, facilities, and assets in order to prevent damage and loss. Adherence to clients and company's regulations and expectations to ensure compliance and good legal and ethical standings. Adherence to federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances to ensure compliance and good legal and ethical standings. Ability to respond to a variety of emergencies/ crisis situations and provide the necessary intervention to restore normal conditions and notify the proper persons. Enforce compliance to the client's policies, practices, and directives related to the safety and security of facilities, employees, contractors, and guests in order to ensure the safest and most secure environment. Ability to ensure, through proactive techniques, the protection, security, and safety of all with the highest levels of professionalism and customer service in order to create the securest and safest environment possible.
