Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as event coordination, hospitality, sales support, SDR, or customer success
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, client-facing workflows and balance sales with service responsibilities
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity platforms to monitor pipeline and customer engagement
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines, with excellent communication for proactive client engagement
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and curious, with a data-informed approach to identifying client needs and opportunities
  • Customer-obsessed, collaborative, and motivated to exceed goals while providing exceptional service

Responsibilities

  • Own and convert inbound group travel leads, guiding clients through the booking process from inquiry to completion
  • Coordinate event logistics, including timelines, hotel communication, and RFP gathering to ensure successful execution
  • Proactively resolve booking challenges, addressing budget changes, guest needs, and schedule adjustments
  • Qualify leads and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with the broader sales team as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of client activity, booking progress, and event details in CRM and internal tools
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Supplier Relations) to ensure seamless communication and execution
  • Propose process improvements to streamline the group booking experience and improve operational efficiency
