  • Self-motivated and outgoing with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works well both independently and in a team.
  • Ability to proactively anticipate problems and create solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Flexible schedule if needed to work events.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility for constant changes.
  • A great work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and/or exceed budgeted revenue growth in assigned business segments.
  • Creating client invoices daily with the goal to upsell all orders.
  • Planning and designing décor packages with clients; managing shipments for events.
  • Maintaining contact with clients via email and phone to confirm event orders.
  • Supervising events on-site working directly with clients.
  • Assisting in the weekly event schedule.
  • Processing payment for various client orders.
  • Following up with clients after events to gather feedback.
  • Being a liaison between the sales team and operations team.
