About The Position

General Purpose: Assists with proper set-up and tear down activities for all meetings, special events and food and beverage functions. Creates memorable event experiences through genuine interactions. Essential Duties: Reviews all Club Event Orders to determine location set-up, related supplies and decorating materials. Ensures events are set up on time, with careful attention to cleanliness and detail. Ensures that proper audiovisual equipment is available, delivered, and set up as needed for use by facility departments and guests. Maintains and improves on an ongoing basis the presentation of the facility. Performs set-up and tear down activities for all meetings in a safe manner. Monitors overall areas for cleanliness. Responsible for implementing and maintaining excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction. Regular and reliable attendance. Assists with inventory of all service ware, equipment and supplies to meet required needs. Enforces established club rules, regulations and policies. Prepares and reviews table diagrams, guest tables and set-up needs for special functions. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance with particular focus on taking care of facility equipment and banquet rooms. Duties as required

Requirements

  • High School education, up to one month related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job
  • Strong ability to multitask.
  • Attention to cleanliness and safety.
  • Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
