About The Position
We are currently seeking reliable and professional Event Support Staff for a one-day event in Novi, MI. This role is ideal for individuals who are friendly, presentable, and comfortable assisting guests in a fast-paced event setting.
Requirements
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Comfortable standing and walking throughout the event
- Able to assist attendees with basic phone app download instructions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
Responsibilities
- Hand out badges to attendees during check-in
- Scan attendee badges as they enter breakout rooms
- Assist attendees with downloading the event app on their phone using a QR code
- Direct attendees to seating areas, breakout rooms, food stations, and restrooms
- Stand near breakout rooms and scan badges as attendees enter
- Provide general directions and support throughout the event
