Valets must adhere to Cornerstone and Augusta National employee conduct standards.

Requirements

18 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license and responsible driving record.
Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, strongly preferred.
1 yr. customer service experience preferred.
Able to read, write, comprehend and converse in the English language.
Possess a strong desire to serve and care for valet customers with courtesy and professionalism.
Consistently demonstrate courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers, colleagues, management and leadership teams, and our client.
High standard of integrity; reliable, responsible.
Able to stand, walk, and jog for extended periods of time (including moving up and down stairs on a regular basis). Being on your feet and moving accounts for approximately 95% of time during shift, depending on parking volume, day of the week, time of day and location.
Driving and parking vehicles of varying sizes.
Ability to withstand varying weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Report to work on time and for your scheduled shifts. Maintaining an acceptable attendance record as defined by Cornerstone Parking Group is a key component to this position.
Report to work in proper uniform.
Provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service by greeting and assisting valet customers with opening/closing car doors, providing information and directions, etc.
Follow damage check procedures for valet vehicles.
Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles from assigned parking areas.
Keep traffic moving and drive lanes/fire lanes clear.
Other duties as assigned.
